Cute and remodeled rental on the surface, but was not cleaned prior to our stay. Looked clean on the surface, but upon settling in for our stay was not properly cleaned especially in the bathroom. The floors were not swept or mopped throughout the home. Dirty hair clumps on bathroom floor and brown substance by the toilet. This condition was completely unacceptable and had to clean myself.
Towels not properly stocked. Only 1 hand towel for stay that was dirty. Toilet paper was not even replaced from previous guests.
Outside area was unkept, leaves everywhere, and dirty. Outdoor coffee table had thick layer of black dirt and looked like hadn’t been cleaned in weeks.
I was told I could not check-in early due to cleaning from previous quests which was not done. Not ok that I had to clean for my stay.
Further, it was completely inappropriate that maintenance for the pool arrived to clean the jacuzzi prior to our check out time. My daughter and myself are dressing and getting ready in the bedrooms, and maintenance comes through the backyard with no warning or care that people are staying and in the rooms. This maintenance can be done after guest check out.
I would not recommend this property to future guests as you have issues to address.
