The location is great but the the property needs repairs and cleaning

This would be a great place to stay IF it was clean and in good working order. Sadly it was not. Specifically, the stair handrail was dangerously loose, there was black mold on the ceiling in one of the bathrooms, the carpet in one of the bedrooms was filthy and needs to be replaced, the bathroom towels were unacceptably thin and stiff, and there were roaches in the kitchen and living room. Not getting access to the property until 6pm was very inconvenient.
