About this property

The apartment is located in one of the best neighborhoods of Manhattan. Within walking distance to Central Park, Lincoln Center, Metropolitan Museum of Art, Museum of Natural History and subway stations. A peaceful, relaxing neighborhood close to all of the best in NYC. Restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, supermarkets, laundromats, and pharmacies all within two blocks.

This Studio apartment is located on West 69th Street between Columbus Ave and Broadway in the Upper West Side of Manhattan. Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and linens are provided. The apartment is approximately 375 square feet. The apartment is a ground floor unit in an historic brownstone building. The unit is equipped with cable TV and internet access.

Sleeps two adults comfortably on a queen sized bed and can accommodate an additional two children on a pull out 'day bed'.

The other apartments in the building are occupied by long-term tenants, some who have lived in their apartments for over twenty years. It is a quiet building and not a place to stay if you want to party and play loud music. I own the building and use the studio unit with my family when we visit the city.

Best location in NYC

We had a great stay! The apartment was bigger than expected, kitchen and bathroom were fine, bed very comfortable, and the location. The Upper West Side is the best. Columbus and Amsterdam Avenues, Broadway and W72nd St. are full of shops, restaurants and bars, two subway stations (both with elevators) are three blocks away, and the cinema is one block away. Central Park is one block away. Would definitely stay again.

Great property in a fab location, with all the amenities you could require. Property manager was very helpful and quick to respond when required (only one minor issue). Can't recommend it highly enough.

Perfect location and very cozy

Many pluses: 1. Location, location, location Very close to Lincoln Center, Central Park, and (lower) UWS 2. Ground floor unit makes coming and going a breeze 3. Close to some of my favorite food stores including Citarella, Fairway, and Zabars 4. Many great restaurants and dessert places within a few blocks…some less than a block away 5. Street is very quiet and neighborly but big city amenities are in arms length 6. Attentive owner

A Perfect Stay

I stayed at this studio apartment for 2 1/2 months and loved it. Clean, quiet and very convenient walking distance to restaurants, stores, trains and entertainment. Barry was the perfect host, gave clear and easy to follow instructions on how to gain access to the apartment. I also appreciated him checking in from time to time. I would highly recommend this place for solo travelers or those working in the area. It’s also a big enough space to accommodate a couple, too., I’m bookmarking this studio for whenever I return to NYC.

Terrific stay!

The apartment was wonderful! It was immaculate when I arrived, had plenty of towels and sheets and enough kitchenware to cook at home. The space was pleasant with large windows in both living room and bed room and high ceilings which made the area feel spacious. Bed very comfortable, shower hot with good pressure. The entrance to the building and halls were regularly swept and kept clean in spite of the rainy weather. And even though it is a few steps from the restaurants, cafes and shops on Columbus and half a block from Broadway, the street is residential and quiet. . It was a perfect place to come home to after racing around the busy city. Thank you to my host, Barry, who provided me with information about the neighborhood before I arrived and was always responsive if I had a question.
