Serenity Palms: Walk to Beach, Heated Pool & Spa

Serenity Palms is luxury coastal living at its best! This stunning, new waterfront “smart” home has it all and is right in the heart of the many wonderful things Florida has to offer. The world famous Cocoa Beach is less than half a mile away (only a 9 minute walk) before your toes are in the sand! Historic downtown Cocoa Beach is also a 0.4 mile walk. There is so much to do, restaurants to experience and live music to enjoy!
The space
Serenity Palms is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, just far enough from the hustle and bustle of historic downtown, and sits on a navigational canal minutes from the Thousand Islands conservation area and Banana River. Enjoy kayaking and paddle boarding (provided) in the canals or through the Thousand Islands where you can explore the mangroves and see a variety of wildlife. You can choose to relax in the gorgeous salt water pool and spa, or to fish or sit on the large covered dock where you can see a rocket soar or commonly see manatees, dolphins, horseshoe crabs, fish and birds (we love watching the herons and pelicans diving for their catch)!


The Space

Enter the double French doors to the main area of the house which overlooks the backyard of your dreams! This grand home features 12-foot ceilings and 10-foot sliding glass doors, which open up onto the lanai allowing the outside in. You'll enjoy a comfortable seating area with a fire pit coffee table while you watch the big game on the outdoor tv that rises from the cabinet. Automatic hurricane screens can be controlled remotely to offer shade, keep out the infrequent mosquito/no-see-ums, or even to prevent a child access to the pool area.

The backyard boasts a seating area with fire table and television on the lanai, a heated pool and spa, outdoor shower, outdoor fire table (seats 6) overlooking the canal, an extra-large covered dock which includes a bar with stools and swings, a small refrigerator, traditional Weber grill and a Black Stone grilling station. There are extra chairs and a camping hammock if you’d like to relax on the dock.

With all this outdoors you may never want to spend time inside, but the luxurious interior has so much to offer too! Great Room: Rest in style after a fun day as you literally fall into this large pillow-top sofa. You can enjoy a nap or settle in and watch your favorite show on the 75” smart tv. Feeling competitive? Feel free to challenge someone to a game of pool on the stylish 8-foot Brunswick pool table.

Gourmet Kitchen: A chef’s paradise! This kitchen has everything you’ll need starting with a five burner (with griddle) gas stove top and dual ovens with all the digital settings you’ll need for a perfect meal. An enormous center island with four mango wood adjustable stools, features a deep porcelain farmer’s sink and dishwasher. Pots, pans, Instant Pot, rice cooker, slow cooker, air fryer, food processor, veggie spiralizer/slicer, utensils, measuring cups/spoons, mixing bowls, bakeware, etc. are all at your disposal. The Samsung Smart Hub refrigerator is set up to turn on/off the lights in the main living area, as well as play music and even give you access to Youtube! The square hardwood dining room table allows all guests to face one another while having great conversation over dinner or a glass of wine.

Master Suite: There are no words to describe the master bath with a walk in dual shower, his and her vanities, and private toilet. The anti-fog mirrors are framed with light, so you’ll never have to wait to see your smile. The large bedroom has a king bed, two night stands, a dresser and access to a walk-in closet. Enjoy winding down with a good book or by watching a movie or
series on the 55” smart tv.

Bedroom 2 and 3: Each has a queen bed, night stand, dresser and access to a closet. Again, you can enjoy winding down with a good book or watching a movie or series on the smart tv.

Bathroom 2: Located between bedrooms 2 and 3 has a full bath tub.

Bathroom 3: Located next to the study, it has a zero entrance shower for the comfort of those who may have mobility challenges.

Study: There is a desk in this room, so it can be used as a designated work space. Also included is an extra-large couch with recliners (can seat six) and a 65” smart tv. The coffee table top rises for easier use.

Laundry Room: New Samsung front load washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. A large granite counter top makes folding laundry easy.

Garage: Here you will find a Total Gym, beach cart, beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, two surfboards and two boogie boards. Please utilize the two parking spaces in the driveway for parking. *Owner vehicle may be in the far bay.

The entire property is included with the rental except the boat lifts. The Owner's Boats are on the lift.

There is about 30 feet on the outside of the dock that you can use to tie up your boat if you want to bring it.

Guest access
Guests may access the entire house with the exception of locked owners closets. There is one closet per bedroom available to guests.

There is about 30 feet on the outside of the dock that you can use to tie up your boat if you want to bring it.
Other things to note
There are security cameras located around the perimeter of the house. We value the privacy of our guests, so no camera views the spa or pool.
