SCAM!!!!!!!

We heard from the host 3 days prior to our check in confirming we could check in early as we flew into LHR at 6am. Never heard a peep back. Including access information/keys to our rental. We called VRBO to express our concern and worry we would be scammed and we were told to wait til one hour prior to check in before they can do ANYTHING. 3pm rolls around with NO answer to our many calls and messages and long story short we were told we’re out of luck. EXTREMELY disappointed in VRBOs lack of assistance and not standing behind their “book with confidence” policy. I’d avoid not only this host but VRBO in general!!!! To fly half way across the world after 24 hours of travel to be treated as if WE did something wrong and not offer adequate compensation and put us in a comparable and safe place is insanity.

This day was very wonderful. We had an issue with the health of our child, and the owners were very accommodating to help us maneuver with a completely destroyed schedule.
