Clean and quiet.

Spacious, clean and very quiet condo. No street noise and neighbors are quiet, family oriented and respectful. Condo had all our needs met. Jose was easily accessible and made himself available to us, not that we needed to reach him for anything. Apartment is in very short walking distance to bus stop with short drive into Port Authority in Times Square. Would recommend for families looking for safe and quiet place to stay for a visit to New York. Would absolutely stay again.

The condo and the building were very clean, spacious enough for a family with children and the beds very comfortable. The building is safe and parking is a must in this area. Great communication with the host and very friendly! We recommend. THANKS!

Well equipped and comfortable unit

It is a clean, cozy and convenient unit in the Newjercy. They have a warm welcome with some chocolate, water and soda. Beds are comfortable. The host is well communicated and respectful. We had a great time there. There’s just a problem with reaching to the garage door opener since it’s inside the unit. And there’s some noises from neighbours upstairs in the middle of the night.

Cozy clean condo

The condo apartment was clean and nicely decorated. Felt warm and welcoming. Close proximity to American Dream (10 min) which was what we were looking for. The condo has a shared washer and dryer which was a plus. Although it’s walking distance to everything (stores, restaurants, various shops, etc) parking was not the greatest. It’s located on a one way street so you can’t really double park to unload. We drove around multiple times before we decided to block driveways so we could unload. Fortunately, we were done before we had to move our cars. There was one garage parking that came with our booking (which was nice) but you have to check in and grab the garage door opener in the apartment (so still had to block driveway to run in) Unfortunately, we had 2 cars. Drove around for another 30 min looking for parking for second vehicle. Finally reached out to property manager who was able to accommodate a second vehicle in the garage parking for an additional fee which we didn’t mind. Communication with property manager was awesome! Very responsive, courteous, and helpful.
