Admire the many hand-crafted furnishings plus photography and art created by the host and his friends and family. Unique styling from the original home incorporates a redwood tongue-and-groove living room, while the backyard is well shaded by trees.
Guests are welcome to hang out indoors and have private access to their own kitchen, living, dining, bathroom, as well as three bedrooms. Twin bedroom has full laundry center, master with a desk and king size bed. Queen room is on the back of the home with a sliding door out to the yard and hot tub. Guests may enjoy some of Colorado’s beautiful weather outdoors both in front or in the private back yard with hot tub. Front yard space may be shared at any time by part-time single live in resident and property caretaker. Smoking is allowed anywhere outdoors, just please dispose of any items responsibly.
Guests have access to the entire property other than garage and basement apartment. The accommodations on the main level are 100% private for guests at time of stay.
Dogs are allowed upon prior conversation with myself.
