Right by the elevator you walk in to a unique experience. The bedroom/living room area has a beautiful tiled feature wall with blue and gold. Memory foam king bed will ensure a great night's sleep. Morning time you are able to wake up to unforgettable views of a sunrise.
Landmark is within 5 miles from the airport, many attractions and restaurants. The resort has outdoor and indoor pools, hot tubs and lazy rivers.

This studio was just completed with new furniture, bedding, updating the bathroom, kitchen area and feature wall in 2023.

The TV is a ROKU, so you won't be missing your favorite series, watching movies, or morning cartoons.

The LandMark Resort features several amenities such as outdoor pool, hot tub, lazy river and sun deck. Inside there is a waterpark for you to enjoy with several hot tubs, lazy river, pool and toddler pool area. The LandMark is the only resort in the area that has a parking garage across the street with a skywalk, allowing for safe crossing, without having to cross the street.

Since you are booking through Airbnb, you will receive a keyless code for the door, so there is no need to have to wait in the long line at guest services in order to "check in". Since you don't have to wait you can start your vacation right away.

During your vacation you will be provided linens on the bed, 4 sets of towels and a starter pack of items; such as shampoo/conditioner, bar of soap, small bottle of dish soap, sponge, trash can liner, roll of toilet paper and a roll of paper towels. There is a Wal-Mart located on 17th Ave, about 2 blocks away from the resort, for you to obtain any additional items you may need.

The resort does provide pool towels, they do request that all the towels remain on the property. Please feel free to bring beach accessories from home or you can purchase any of those items from a local beach shop or Wal-Mart..

The condo does not have a washer or dryer in the condo. There is a laundry facility in the building that does accept quarters.

*** During the seasonal months (March - October) I will not do a check in prior to 4 pm. Please plan and schedule accordingly. I do not have any space for a luggage drop off***

You HAVE access to all the pools, hot tubs, lazy river, Arcade room and Gym located on the ocean side of the resort.

You do not have access to the mini golf or the pool across the street, next to the parking garage
**Beginning June 1, 2020, the Landmark Resort will not allow Airbnb guests to use:
Gazebo Restaurant.
Latitudes Bar and Restaurant.
Tipsy Turtle Pool Bar.
Shark Bites Grill.
Havanna Coffee Bar.
Sugar Shak.
H2O Water Park.
All Banquet Meeting Facilities.

We only provide the sets of towels listed above. We do not provide a daily cleaning service or a towel exchange there is a laundry facility that can be used in the resort.

In the condo will be 2 vehicle tags and an access card. Pleas make sure to return the access card or a $25 fee will be charged to your reservation. Also, with the nightstands. there is a small remote control. There is no reason to take this from the condo. Should this be lost or removed a $100 fine will be charged
