Today Pinkie was visiting #1712 Let's Get Real, located on the 17th floor. It was an easy and fast elevator ride up and Pinkie stepped inside to find a fresh and welcoming vacation retreat with gorgeous Gulf views. Featuring many updates like modern track lighting and a coastal palette of blues and beiges, the effect was as real as it gets!

I took my ENTIRE family for our 1st vacation together. The location was great and we had tons of fun, however the roaches in the kitchen and bedrooms were awful. The cleaning crew left oven cleaner n the oven so we had to wipe it clean as we were afraid our food would taste like easy-off. In 1 bedroom a picture fell off the wall and struck my 70 year old aunt in the head as she was sitting on the bed..Other than that it was Super

We would not recommend this property

When we arrived the curtains were off the winfow and under the master bed and the master bed was broke down… frame and all! Room was not completely clean and garbage bag was left on couch. We tried to contact leasing agent and got voicemail. Finally that night got a call back and they sent someone to brace the bed which did not work and the bed collapsed with us in it during the night. Next day.., tried to call them again and took all day for them to get back to us. Maintenance came and put jacks under bed. Maintenance guy was super nice & very apologetic. So for 2 days of our trip we had a broke down bed. Wall decor is awful! It looks like they went to a thrift store and bought whatever! And just hung it in the most random uneven places! Masted bed needs replacing! It needs tlc! Other beds and pillows were hard & uncomfortable. For the price they charge.. needs updates! After all we went thru.., they never offered us one penny back! We would never stay here again or us this leading agency. Very disappointing stay. Communication was the worst.
