Morning coffee on the deck watching the wildlife surely won't disappoint. You don't even need to leave the house to find a little slice of paradise!
The space
This cozy, comfy home is complete with a large hot tub and is nestled on 1 acre surrounded by trees and wildlife for you to enjoy!

If you’re looking for a home away from home to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the rocky mountains, this home has it all. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this home is as EASY as mountain living comes!

Situated on an acre, this property feels private and welcoming but also convenient to all the needs in the quaint town of Conifer. Right off a major highway, you have access to groceries, state parks, and restaurants all within a 10 minute drive. Denver is only a quick 25 minute drive down the hill.

This house is cozy, making it easy to keep warm in the winters. Two king beds with organic cotton sheets greet you for a wonderful night sleep. Utilizing the new windows and doors allows a nice breeze to settle in at night.

There is a nice private desk area in one of the bedrooms to work from home and enjoy a slower pace of life while getting things done! Great internet connection will allow you to work fully remote from this home. There is also a brand new smart TV for the evenings you want to sit by the picture window and look out while enjoying your favorite show, sports game, or movie!

The backyard is full of gorgeous Aspens and a seasonal creek. There is also frequent wildlife spotting of mule deer, chipmunks, and the neighborhood fox.

The hot tub is a must in the fall and winter!

The owners are local and love this home and love making guests feel welcome. If you ever need any assistance in planning things to do or must see places to visit while enjoying your stay here, please reach out to the owner (also the property manager) and we would be happy to have a conversation with you! We are also available to take care of trash take out, driveway snow removal, and hot tub maintenance during your stay!

Great stay

Really nice property. Has a secluded feel while still close to attractions. Very comfortable space that is well maintained. We saw some deer in the backyard maybe 10 feet from us. Great experience.

This was the most amazing jewel nested in the mountains! The owners have thought of everything! It’s quite and isolated, but also minutes away from all the conveniences! We will definitely come back!!

Beautiful setting in a swat home

Everything about this home was top notch. Very clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. We saw deer, a fox and rabbits. The only recommendation I would have is to provide a toaster.

Great rest

What an incredible time we had. The home and all the amenities were just perfect. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with anything you need. The owners were so pleasant to work with. We enjoyed mornings on the porch and evenings in the hot tub. We had a wonderful dinner at The Bistro at Marshdale and also took in an amazing concert at Red Rocks. Great time at the property and hope to come back again.

Honestly it might be tough to put into words how amazing this place is! So cozy and chill, close to insanely beautiful and challenging hikes, short drive to red rocks. Ive been to a lot of rental houses and this is just covers everything! Amazing!

Cute place w/ hot tub has all the amenities you need. Lots of deer visited us while there. Managers were great. Internet was sketchy for sure, not using wifi was probably the way to go. I’d recommend this place!

Great mountain home

The house was perfect for our trip. We had a great time playing board games and relaxing in the hot tub. Only reason for 4 stars on cleanliness was the strong air freshener covering faint smoke smell. Overall, we got used to it and it didn’t bother too much. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Great Outdoor Space and Cozy Living

My family and I came to the area for the North Fork 50K trail race in the area and really loved the house and the outdoor space. My nephew (15 months) really loved the swing and playing near the creek in the backyard. The living space was very clean and cozy. We enjoyed sitting on the deck together as a family and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The owners were super responsive to questions and were very accommodating during our entire stay. We look forward to returning sometime in the future.

Family Fun

The property was wonderful! Very detailed and a welcome book that explained everything perfectly. The house had everything you could need to enjoy your stay. The backyard was so scenic and peaceful. The hot tub and fire pit made for relaxing times. The owners were so nice and prompt if you had a question. Would definitely love to stay again!

Perfect Mini-Moon

We got married part way through our stay and this getaway was exactly what we needed after the chaos of a wedding. The property was so easy to get to, and having stores a quick drive away was very convenient. Stunning and quiet with a beautiful home!
