This pet-friendly home sleeps 12 & features a fenced-in back yard & gas grill for your enjoyment. The home also has a garage, Wi-Fi, Smart TV's, washer & dryer, & is just one mile to public beach access 95! Bring the whole family down to enjoy the freshwater fun of the lake, soak in the sun at Carillon Beach or explore Camp Helen State Park nearby.

This is a single-level home that is spacious for your whole family! The master bedroom has a queen bed with an attached en-suite bathroom. There are two bedrooms with queen beds as well as a room with two sets of twin bunk beds. The living room also has a sleeper sofa for your use. There is an additional full bathroom as well.

You have access to the entire home, including the gas grill outside and the garage. You will receive the garage door keypad code with your check-in information prior to arrival.

**Please note that we only provide starter packs for your stay (dish pod, laundry pod, one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom) despite your length of stay. You are responsible for providing anything beyond the starter supply.**
There is to be no smoking or vaping inside and/or outside of this home. If we find evidence of smoking/vaping, you will be charged $500, no exceptions.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS!
