Nice

The RV was nice and clean. I guess you get what you pay for. If you like coffee, bring your own mugs, and cups for drinking water. My husband took a shower in the club house, he said it was warm and clean.

Heater did not work.

The property ok however couldn't stay. We arrived late evening and turned on the heat. The heater did not work. It would only blow cold air even when the thermostat was turned up to 80 degrees and waited 10-15 minutes. Had small children and couldnt stay with it being so cold. Talked with Bailey who was easy to reach about getting heat to work. He did not offer a solution other than turn the thermostat up (we own trailers and know how to turn heat on). The vent blowing cold air was extremely dirty (we took pictures and cleaned it) while waiting for the heat to come on. Let the host know about the dirty vent. After a second coversation with him letting him know it was not working he still couldn't offer a solution. We received a text asking us to leave. This property did not work out well for us although we would have liked to stay.

Perfect Stay!

This RV was the perfect place for my sister and I to stay while visiting Zion. Place was very clean and organized, had everything you would need for your stay there. We would love to come back and stay again!
