Resort wonderful, condo sub-par
The Resort itself was wonderful. The water amenities, location was great. HOWEVER, what you are NOT told prior in the listing is...
1) You do not bave access to trash chute, they want you to leave at the elevator for house keeping to be responsible for which I dont agree with.
2) You dont have access to any of the 3 tower's laundry facilities, even though there is coin laundry in each building multiples floors each.
3) They do not provide a broom/dust pan to sweep up sand and housekeeping is not allowed to let you use their's or they do it for you.
4) Kitchen lacked almsot everything you would want to use. No baking dishes, there were a couple stainless steel pans that stuck instantly and set the smoke alarm off. The outlet in the kitchen did bot work at all.
Anyone in the building that was renting from a company other then the resort itself were considered 2nd rate and didnt have the same amenities or abilities as those who rented directly from the Resort. If you dont mind the lack of cooking abilities, no access to trash chute, no access to waterslides, fitness areas, or laundry facilities then you'll be fine. But IMO I would not stay here again at this condo, the Resort yes. Big difference between renting from a Rental company and renting from an owner.
