Nice but not great

Unit was ok. Clean. No fan on deck which was a bit of a problem in heat and humidity. Sliding door to balcony was broken and had to go to deck through the bedroom. Patio furniture was old and repainted and paint was flaking off onto the deck making a big mess. Front door does not open very well and gets stuck on the floor half open. Cutlery is limited with 3 knives and forks. Lights burnt out in the main bathroom and no hair dryers available.
