Welcome to our cozy and inviting two-bedroom, two-bathroom home located on Aqua Azul Path, just steps away from the picturesque Lake Travis. This charming retreat offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, surrounded by stunning natural beauty and an abundance of outdoor activities.

The home is perfect for up to six guests, with a comfortable king-sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom, and a cozy sofa bed and day bed in the living room. The bedrooms feature plush bedding and plenty of closet space, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

The spacious living area is beautifully decorated and features a flat-screen TV, comfortable seating, and large windows that offer plenty of natural light. The well-appointed kitchen comes fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you need to cook up a delicious meal, and the dining area provides a perfect place to gather and share a meal with friends and family.

You won’t be spending much time inside as the large private yard is the perfect spot to unwind and relax, with a firepit (starter logs provided), porch swing, seating area, Jenga, and cornhole to keep guests entertained. There's plenty of space for your dogs to run around the yard too! A private grilling and picnic area is also available for those who want to cook and dine outdoors. This truly is your private outdoor oasis.

Cancellation/Refund Policies: We always uphold our cancellation policies as we incur costs on our home regardless of if a guest shows up or not, which is why we have our cancellation policy as it is shown on the listing. When we travel, we always opt for travel insurance. We suggest travel insurance from either the booking platform or externally so neither of us have to worry if anything disrupts your trip.

Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: We are happy to accommodate early arrivals and late departures when we can, however, we cannot grant them earlier than 24 hours in advance because they are based on availability, and if another guest is checking out or in that same day. Early Check-In/Late Check-Out are subject to additional fees.

External rental agreement will need to be signed after booking.

Dogs are allowed, but Cats are not. Please note that there is a Pet Fee of $100/stay. Please be a responsible pet owner. Guests may incur additional fees if we find excrement or damage from the pets.

In addition to the natural attractions offered by the lake, several state and county parks are just a short drive away. Nearby Mansfield Dam Park is one of the most popular boat launch points!
