Oceans 12 - Pet friendly and close to everything!

Wonderful pet-friendly condo for up to four people located just steps from all that Long Beach has to offer! The Bolstad Beach approach, shops, restaurants, and entertainment are right out the door and around the corner.

The Space-Located on the second floor of a 12-unit complex, this condo has everything for you to rest easy while enjoying the peninsula. Smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms, as well as beach toys and chairs to use when you walk to the ocean. Visiting during clamming season? We have a clam gun and waders for you to use. (Instructions on how to use them are available at the condo)
Please Note-Up to four people are allowed in this unit, including babies and kids.
Parking-There is one parking spot available for the unit. You will get towed parking in any other spot. There is street parking and other lots nearby.
Pets-We allow up to two dogs with a fee of $40 per pet. Pets are not allowed on furniture and are not allowed to be left alone unless kenneled. Please clean up any pet messes or else you will forfeit your deposit. Sorry-No cats.
*There is no laundry in unit or access to the laundry room in the building. The Long Beach Laundromat is less than a mile away.

Long Beach Stay

We enjoyed our stay in Long Beach. The condo is in a wonderful location, central to everything. It is clean, nicely decorated, and has everything you might need for cooking. Thank you for a relaxing, enjoyable stay.

Great location!

Very nice place! The rooms and bathroom were modern, very nice, clean, the kitchen was a perfect size and we had a little deck to sit outside on. Check in was an easy process was very easy. The location was on block off of the main drag through town, and just a few blocks from the Long Beach access entrance. And almost directly across from Scoopers! Couldn't ask for a better location!
