About this property

Updated ranch style two story house, built into the hill top at 7,500 ft. Very quick access to i70 to either go up to the mountains for skiing / hiking, with the closest ski resort being about 40 minute drive. Or drive down the hill to Golden or Denver, with central Denver being about a 25 minute drive. The house has an unobstructed view, with dear and elk often seen walking trough the garden. There are many hikes that are walking distance or a short drive, with the towns of Golden and Evergreen about a 15 minute drive.
