Horrible property owner

I booked my stay in advance and never got any correspondence from the party renting out the property. I sent multiple messages leading up to my stay. Once at the property i had to call multiple times to get an answer to which i was told they were at dinner and they would be there in an hour to let ne in the residence. Still not correspondence an hour later so i called back and the property owner blocked my number. I called Vrbo to complain and their rep also attempted to call them and they blocjed their number as well. Do not attempt to rent.
