As you make your way up to the 3rd floor, you'll be greeted by a spacious and well-appointed unit that is entirely yours to enjoy during your stay. The unit is designed with your comfort in mind, a love couch, boasting a queen size bed, a bathroom, and a kitchenette, provide ample space and convenience for your stay.

While you have the entire 3rd floor to yourself, please note that access is via stairs. As you ascend, you'll be treated to a unique vantage point, offering picturesque views and a sense of tranquility away from the hustle and bustle.

The Neighborhood:
Please note that this a a Downtown area. There are some transient folk nearby, but harmless. Ensure you park in our lot if possible, and if you park on the street please ensure to lock your vehicles and out of an abundance of caution, watch your surroundings. It would be advised to walk onto the property to access the home to avoid walknig on the sidewalks - again, out of an abundance of caution. The home itself is fully secured and remodeled, you will feel right at home!
