Speaking of exploring, our home is just a five-minute drive away from the trendy neighborhoods of Avondale and Five Points, where you'll find some of the best local restaurants, boutiques, and entertainment venues. And if you're in town for a big game or concert, you'll be pleased to know that we're just ten minutes away from the downtown area, Vystar Veterans Memorial Arena, TIAA Bank Field, and UF Health.

For those in town on business or visiting NAS JAX, you'll find that our home is conveniently located just 15 minutes from the base and a quick drive away from major corporate offices. And when it's time to hit the beach, you'll be happy to know that our home is just 30 minutes away from some of the best beaches in the area.

With all these amenities and a prime location, our home is the perfect choice for your next Jacksonville getaway.
We are pet friendly and charge $25 per night per pet for short term stays. For longer stays, we charge $150 per week and $300 per month per pet. If you are booking with us and are bringing a pet please let us know ahead of time! This fee is non-negotiable for any animal.

Events/parties are strictly prohibited and will result in a $1,000 fine. A party/event is in effect any time the guest count exceeds either the maximum allowable on the property of the amount of guests booked.

Also Saturday check-ins and check-outs are (generally) not allowed unless you are booking a stay that is > 7 days, with the exception of some specific weekends (Fl-GA and TPC Sawgrass weekends are a few examples). We may allow an exception to this policy (depending on the specific weekend and season) but reserve the right not to do so or to ask you to modify or cancel a reservation starting or ending on a Saturday.

The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming we can offer this at all (I often can't, so please never assume this will be allowed):

1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $25
1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $50
2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $100 or the cost of an additional night's stay, whichever is more.

These fees are primarily in place to highly discourage late checkouts/early arrivals since this causes our cleaning service undue stress to prep the unit prior to your or the next set of guests' arrival. This also increases the need for them to rush/cut corners, increasing the likelihood of them not cleaning the unit to the high standard which we hold them to.

Rules
- No eating or drinking in the bedrooms. Additional cleaning fees to remove food/drink stains will apply.
- Do not open the windows due to extra security measures we have installed.
- Do not overload the washer/dryer, and do not wash any sandy beach items in the units. Additional fees will apply if units are damaged due to improper use.
- Pick up and place all trash in outside garbage can before departure.
- Please wash all dishes and unload dishwasher prior to departure.

***Finally, smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere on the property - inside or in the outdoor areas.***

***If we find cigar/cigarette butts of any kind on the property or evidence of smoking (ash on flat surfaces, empty cigarette packs, etc.) we will assess a $250 cleaning fee in addition to the regular cleaning fee.***
We are on a mission to provide each and every guest with 5-star quality service; as such, we make ourselves available most hours of the day, and 24/7 for emergencies. You can expect self check-in service at the listing with codes forwarded prior to check-in time. If you have any questions, please reach out to us.
Guest will have access to the entire home and grounds. Access & Wi-Fi codes will be forwarded via messaging prior to arrival.

Inside, our home is comfortable and well-appointed, with all the amenities you'll need for a relaxing stay. You'll find a Smart TV in the living room, which is perfect for catching up on your favorite shows and movies after a long day of exploring the area.
It is highly recommended that guests have a car or use ride sharing services since Jacksonville's public transportation system leaves a lot to be desired.
