Quintessential Scarborough Escape
This is the second time staying in 10 Eire Road, August 2023 was the first time. I love this house,, it’s very pretty and peaceful, everything is provided, beach chairs etc. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen area has everything including a Keurig coffeemaker. This time we flew into RI and had no issue with checking in/out. The staff at Ann O’Brien are very helpful and friendly. This is a five star property, in my opinion. The only thing I would add is a wagon to cart everything down to the beach. There are beach chairs, umbrella, corn hole, just about everything you would need for a fun stay. Scarborough Beach is right down the road, just a few minutes walk. The house and yard are very well maintained and I would recommend highly this property.

This was our second year staying in this beautiful home. The home is spotless, actually it’s so clean, that it didn’t seem like anyone had been there since we rented it last summer! The location is great and the house is just beautiful and we are definitely return customers for next summer. Suggestions:
The largest bedroom would be wonderful with the addition of a king size bed. It is such a large room that a king size could fit beautifully. When we travel, that’s the first thing we’re looking for, so that is one drawback with this house that it doesn’t have at least one king bed. Another thought is that an info sheet should be left in the house that tells the Wi-Fi password, garbage days, and any other pertinent information for the renters. Also included in the sheet should be the AC setting that the renter should set it to when we check out. Great home!
