This beachfront and lakefront home has no detail missed from the bold and colorful wallpaper to the high-end appliances in the chef's kitchen.

The first floor of this modern, coastal home offers three bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms, an additional living room, and laundry room. The first guest bedroom offers a king size bed and bathroom with a clawfoot tub and walk-in shower. The next guest bedroom offers two twin single beds and a bathroom with a shower. The last bedroom on this floor has two twin over twin bunk beds and a bathroom with shower/tub combo.

The grand main living space and kitchen are located on the second floor of the home. Enjoy breathtaking views of the private Watersound beach from the large center island or plush couch in the living room. The chef's kitchen is complete with top of the line stainless steel appliances, ample countertop space and storage, and bar stool seating for 4 guests. The dining table can accommodate 8 guests. The balcony offers outdoor dining options or cozy seating to enjoy the waves crashing in. There is a laundry room on this floor for convenience.

The third floor offers a master retreat complete with a king size bed, private bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, dual vanity sinks, and a washer and dryer. This bedroom has a private balcony with seating. There is not a tv in this bedroom for guest usage.

The carriage house features a queen bed, private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a kitchenette for those who wish to have a little bit of privacy.

*Fully opening the nano doors on the second floor to access the balcony is not available during summer months due to humidity/swelling. Moreover, if it is above 75 degrees, please do not fully open the doors to avoid complications with the HVAC system.*

- NO events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.
- NO PET HOME. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges.
- This home DOES NOT have access to the Watersound Beach Club. The Beach Club is a private, members only club and day passes cannot be purchased.*

BIKES: The quote you will receive includes 5 beach cruisers.

RESERVATION/BOOKING POLICY
- MINIMUM AGE: All properties require a minimum of one adult OVER THE AGE of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- RATES: SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY - Spring Break and Summer.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Except for a $250 Cancellation Fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- We accept Visa, M/C, Discover, and AmEx credit cards.
- CHECK-IN BEGINS at 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM.
- CLEANING: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL RATES
