Peaceful country home

Such a fun property with plenty of space to roam. The spring wildflowers were beautiful, the area quiet and secluded. Well-equipped both for practicality and fun. Fluffy towels and comfy beds!

Christmas in the Hill Country

Wonderful experience! Lovely stay, very clean home, overall well stocked kitchen. Enjoyed the fact there were several "common areas" that family could spread out and spend time together. Great views. Renting process was smooth and questions answered when needed.

What a beautiful property! The home is comfortable and very well stocked. We felt welcome as soon as we walked in. We had a large group, and there was plenty of room for all of us. We would definitely love to stay again.

the property served the purpose that we wanted, which was to get to know each other again as the family is spread out from Calif. to Tennessee and don't get together as often as we should. The only thing that needed to be changed was the directions to the property, which was quite different that was on the check in that was received, this needs to be updated

Completely Unprofessional!

Owner supposedly didn’t see our booking and therefore the rental was not cleaned at all in preparation for our stay. Apparently, the owner is the person I’m paying to the cleaning fee to and they were on vacation or out of town and couldn’t clean. Thus, the property manager offered no options and immediately canceled our reservation; using the natural disaster or property damage option. Keep in mind this is at almost 5 pm, which is also when Vrbo begins cutting off same day bookings. So we were absolutely left out to dry for a party of our size. I would not trust this owner or property manager to ensure your stay at this rental goes as planned.
