Located less than a 2 minute drive, or about a 5 minute walk, from the main Windsor Hills resort clubhouse area, this stunning home has a lot going for it as you will see.

Located just 1.5 miles from Disney it obviously has the location, but with over 2800 sq ft of space, a well equipped games room, a South facing pool, many significant upgrades, and a host of games to satisfy the entire family, Magical Memories really does have it all!

The home has been professionally decorated throughout and you get a true sense of luxury from the moment you enter it. It is immediately a place where you can play, where you can relax, and one where your entire family will know they are in vacation.
Magical Memories sleeps 12 people comfortably, the bedrooms consisting of 2 King size Master bedrooms, with full en-suite facilities, 1 Queen size bedroom located on the first floor, 1 Full over Full themed bunk bed room, and 2 twin themed rooms for children.

Other features of this wonderful home include a spacious kitchen, open living room, a games room with pool, shuffleboard and game console station, and a very spacious dining area with seating for 12. There is also a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.

The main living area boasts luxurious leather furniture and a 60 inch flat screen television. We even have a library of DVDs available to guests, and a small selection of books. All TV's in the home are Smart TV's and have Disney Plus available, offered complimentary to guests.

Right next to the main living area is a Queen bedroom, next to which is a full bathroom. This has been one of the most popular features of this floor plan especially for those guests that have difficulty negotiating stairs. The full size washer and dryer are on the first floor too, as is the dining area which has seating for up to 12 people,

Magical Memories also has high speed wireless internet access, which is also offered complimentary to all our guests, and there is a small office area too with a printer available for use.

As you would expect the kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, microwave, full refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, toaster, waste disposal and all the hand held appliances you would need. The kitchen cabinets are top quality and the granite counter tops only add to the general feeling of luxury. Incidentally, all linens and towels are supplied for your stay in our homes, with kitchen utensils and crockery provided as well.

On the second floor there are a further 5 bedrooms, including the 2 King Master suites, 2 beautifully themed twin rooms, one with Cars, the other with a Disney Princess theme, and a Surf Up themed bunk bed room, with 2 Full size beds. These bedrooms have been professionally designed and decorated, and are sure to please. All the bedrooms have flat screen TV's, and there is an X-Box in one, and a Playstation in another.

A patio door from the living area leads onto a large deck furnished with loungers, tables and chairs, and facing South, you can enjoy the setting sun well into the late afternoon from here. This relaxed area also houses the pool and spa. Pool heat is available for an additional charge.

Finally, another great feature of this tremendous villa, one that all guests really will enjoy, is the games room which is located in the garage. In here, you can enjoy the shuffleboard table, the pool table, play arcade games, or use the Wii on the large flatscreen TV. Many magical memories will be made here for sure!
