The home was built in 1971, and we just renovated the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. . Modern comfortable furniture. Neutral and organic palette. Enter the front of the home through wood and wrought iron double doors to a picturesque living room with high ceilings, slate flooring and grand brick propane fire place. The bar top was make from the wood of a pine tree from the property. Formal dining room overlooks the back yard. The modern farmhouse kitchen is fully equipped. Master bedroom with a king size bed and walk in closet is located on the main floor with French doors out to the patio. Master bath is off the kitchen and bedroom and has a double vanity with a shower. Off the kitchen and Master bedroom is a large covered patio and garden area. Part of the back yard is fenced for your toddlers or pets. Two foundtains to enjoy your serene settings.
The grand living room is encased with floor to ceiling metal windows for beautiful wildlife viewing. The room has oversized couch and chairs, a baby grand piano and huge fireplace and has a bar with chairs. The ultimate hang out room! There is a pool table room with propane fireplace to enjoy off the main living room. A Dining room that seats 10 is also off the grand room. Follow the staircase up to two huge sized bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a shower tub combo.. Bedroom 2 has two full sized beds and Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed with a daybed.
