Ask a questionAbout Mike Fitzpatrick
My daughter was born here in 1986 and after completing her medical training in the States may return and run her clinic here. I stumbled upon the historic property while researching my roots. It turns out that both my great-great grandparents on my Fitzpatrick side were born and raised in Aghaboe before emigrating in the time of the 'Great Hunger'. I guess that this type of venture could be called a 'labor of love' and never really ends. I hope that you will find it as enjoyable to be far from the hustle and bustle but near enough to everything you need. There is a concierge/handyman living in a nearby building on the Estate to assist you.

What makes this Estate unique
I maintain a large wine cellar to which the concierge has access. The prices for the French and Spanish wines will be based upon continental prices that I paid not Irish prices. My personal preference is for Rioja Crianzas and Reservas so they will be in greatest supply. I also have a decent library which you could peruse and enjoy.
