Having parked right outside the entrance, you’ll no doubt be feeling the excitement. Eager to get inside and check out your new home for the first time. As soon as you step inside, you’ll be able to see and smell the newness of everything in the house, and appreciate the time and effort your hosts have put in to make everything perfect. THE FAMILY GATHERING AREA
As the title suggests, this space is ideal for gatherings, maybe for a film night or streaming binge. Or to make plans for what you’ll do tomorrow. However you choose to use this bright and attractive space, there’s plenty of comfortable seating here plus a large TV with access to Roku. So sit back and relax.

KITCHEN AND DINING AREA
Right next to the living area is where the food gets prepared and eaten. And mealtimes are always exciting times when you’re staying away from home. All the appliances in the kitchen are brand new of course, and there’s storage space and cookware aplenty to ensure everyone can enjoy their favorites. An island gives you somewhere you can sit to watch the cook in your group do their thing. Or maybe you’ll use it to enjoy morning coffees and snacks. For more formal dining occasions, there’s a dining table right next to the kitchen that seats 8 guests, so you can all sit and eat together and won’t have far to carry your plates!

UPSTAIRS HANGOUT SPACE
Use it as a second living area or somewhere the kids can do their thing. There’s more comfy seating and access to streaming options too. That should help avoid a few arguments about what to watch!

REMOTE WORKING?
There are plenty of places you can use to get some work done. With the whole house served by fast wifi, take your pick of the seating areas inside and outside. The office nook space upstairs will be ideal if you really need to concentrate!

4 BEDROOMS
We’ll leave you to decide who sleeps where. Maybe you’ll pick your rooms before you get here or when you arrive. Either way, know that every bed in every room will be presented to the highest standards, offering comfortable memory foam mattresses and quality bedding and pillows to ensure you can rest and recharge after the adventures of your day and be ready for whatever you’ve got planned tomorrow.

4 of the bedrooms are located in the main house, with 3 on the upper level and one downstairs. So if anyone struggles with steps, there are bedroom options on the ground floor of the property, each with a nearby bathroom suite.

You’ll also find plenty of closet and drawer space in which to store your clothing, so there’s absolutely no need to live out of your suitcase when you stay here. Unpack and make yourselves at home!

3 BATHROOMS
A brand new house equals brand new bathrooms. 3 of them to be precise, so no one in your group need wait for long when you’re all getting ready to go out for the day or night. Between them, these bathroom suites give you the chance to lie back and relax in a tub or freshen up fast under a shower. Towels will be provided for all guests to use, so there’s no need to try and squeeze your own into your bags. And there’s plenty of space in each bathroom to line up your lotions, gels, shampoos and whatever else you use to get ready!

LAUNDRY
All those activities are sure to lead to clothes getting a little dirty. But you can handle all your laundry in the house with a dedicated space with a washer and dryer close to the kitchen.

DOUBLE GARAGE
Two cars can park in the garage and there’s plenty of space on the driveway for more vehicles if you’re all arriving separately.

OUTSIDE SPACE
Living in the woods near a lake, you’ll want to experience the great outdoors and soak up the wonderful views. And with a covered terrace as well as a backyard and front yard, you’ll get plenty of opportunity here to do exactly that. Plus you have your private dock and access to the lake to enjoy - everything you need to create amazing memories.

- Person renting the property must be 25 or older.
