A tranquil stay awaits this brand-new coastal home, just minutes from the beach and all the attractions of central Rockport. Spend mornings on the beach, a little under five miles away, and afternoons perusing the many shops and restaurants of downtown. If you’d rather get out on the water, no problem - there’s boat parking at the home, a convenient boat-washing station by the community pool, and a public boat ramp less than a mile away.

At the home itself, you’ll find a bright, open, and clean space. Spend time outdoors on the private balcony, perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Inside, the open layout combines the living room, dining area, and full kitchen. Don your chef’s hat and whip up mealtime masterpieces with the assistance of a full suite of stainless steel appliances, then grab a bite at the window-front table before heading out to explore.

When you return, cool off in the central air-conditioning while the washer/dryer takes care of any laundry, or head to the community pool if you’re looking for more time in the sun. Three TVs, free cable, and WiFi offer entertainment opportunities, or you can spend the evening back outside, cooking out on the gas grill. The coastal getaway you crave awaits - all that’s left to do is book!

Things to Know
Guests must use personal logins for streaming services.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
