You are right on Buchanan Bay and is your opportunity to explore and experience its waters from another point of view. This location situates you near boating opportunities, beaches, and restaurants. You are only one and a half miles from downtown Dauphin Island and 38 miles from downtown Mobile, AL.

This classic, one-level home offers a beautiful and well-appointed open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. The family room provides you with an airy gathering space with inviting sofas, a fireplace, and a large smart TV with streaming and cable. This space overlooks the sunroom, which offers fabulous views of Buchanan Bay. From the sunroom, you can access the private backyard with its waterfront patio with an outdoor dining area, a gas grill for warm-weather barbecues, two kayaks, and a new (2017) dock for fishing or relaxing - no diving is allowed. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
