Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood

This home is very lovely in a small gated quiet neighborhood. The living space downstairs - living room, kitchen, dining area were a bit smaller than I had anticipated, but well decorated with comfortable furniture and nice dining set. The kitchen is well stocked with drinkware and the most basic kitchen utensils. We felt it would have been nice to have a few more sets of silverware, plates, and mugs. There is a Keurig for coffee, oil & vinegar, garlic and onion powders in the cupboard. We left behind salt & pepper. There is a doggie door built into the back wall that leads to a nice backyard with a patch of turf, hammock, and cornhole game. It would have been nice to have some sort of seating outside on the patio, but there was none available. Even just chairs in the empty massive garage that we could take outside would be a plus. The upstairs provided 3 roomy bedrooms - the Master was very large with en suite, 2 other bedrooms, laundry room (soap provided), and bathroom. Compared to the downstairs, the upstairs is very spacious and roomy. The beds were very comfortable, the AC perfect, and excellent water pressure in the shower. The owners were very communicative and responsive. This is a great place to stay if you are in the Phoenix area!

Beautiful Home

We really enjoyed our stay. It’s located in a beautiful gated community. Looked exactly like pictures. Shopping center is nearby. Check in and out was a breeze. We also liked that we could park inside the garage. Home was newly built and Floors were a little dusty but besides that everything else was great! Would definitely rent again!
