About this property

Enjoy your vacation in the confines of PGA National, a prestigious gated community located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Our estate home is on a cul-de-sac and is 3300 sq/ft under air with golf and lake views, pool, spa and 2 car garage. It´s a 5 minute walk to the world renowned PGA National Resort and Spa; home to the Honda Classic PGA Tour tournament.

Our home has been completely upgraded and renovated offering a large kitchen, great living room with flat screen TV and stereo mounted Yahama sound system. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, large walk-in closet and a generous bathroom suite. The other two guestrooms, which are also master bedroom size, have walk-in closets and bathrooms suites. The kitchen is fully equipped with premier appliances including an induction cook top. We have a large patio with top of the line dining and lounge furniture, outdoor grill, golf and lake views, private pool with pool toys and plenty of sun.

In Florida you will enjoy some of the greatest golf in the United States. PGA National has played host to The Honda Classic, Ryder Cup and the PGA Championship.

Our home is approximately 15 minutes from the beach, The Gardens Mall (featuring Saks, Nordstrom's, Macy's and Bloomingdale's), Palm Beach Lakes Outlets, numerous restaurants in all price ranges and much more. 15 minutes from Palm Beach and City Place, Worth Avenue and Kravitz Center for the Performing Arts.

For kids of all sizes Rapids Water Park is fantastic and about 12 minutes away! https://www.rapidswaterpark.com/

If you enjoy horse back riding we would recommend the 'Running M', a great and personal ranch about 10 minutes due west.

15-20 minutes from West Palm beach airport.

We do not have a golf membership at PGA National.

Private pool and gulf course what else do you need

My family really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. The house was spacious enough for everyone to enjoy, and had enough bathrooms for everyone to use which was a must for me. The private pool was what sold me on this house because rain or shine, later our early the kids were in the pool. The pool needed to be cleaned and Patrick had someone there within an hour or so. We had no problems whatsoever. Absolutely loved it, wish I could have stayed longer.

Great 3 months at pga.

Great house. Very comfortable. Great location. House very well stocked for cooking inside and out. Had a few mechanical issues and Patrick was quick to respond and take care of. He was a pleasure to deal with. Pool is not heated but gets full sun and after a few warm days was up to temperature

Our home has everything we were looking for and we scrutinized the area for 3 years before buying; open floor plan with generous entertaining areas, great kitchen with easy access to dining area, location in PGA National on golf course with an absolutely fantastic backyard, lake view and proximity in order to obeserve Florida bird life.

What makes this property unique

Playing golf and observing great tee shots on the no. 1 tee on "The Match" at PGA National, Rapids Water Park for kids (all ages...), observe Florida bird life, relaxing in the sun and staying by the spa and pool, shopping at the Gardens Mall and Edwin Watts Golf Store!, going to the PGA resort.
