RECENTLY UPDATED Country living in the middle of town! This three bedrooms two bath ranch style home is located on 2.5 private acres in the heart of McKinleyville. A short walk to Eureka Natural Foods and Pierson Park makes the property perfect for out of town visitors.

Grace Park is an established neighborhood in the middle of McKinleyville, easily walkable to all shops and restaurants.
You will drive up to the back door, to the left of the door is a lockbox with a key inside. The key is for your use while at the property, please return the key to the lockbox upon departure.
The home is a well cared for 1950's ranch, it has wide hallways and ample kitchen space. Enjoy the large park-like yard, perfect for afternoon BBQ's or for children to run around. Please browse the photos and ask questions if you have any prior to booking.

The home sleeps 7 comfortably but can accommodate up to 10 with an air mattress in the living room.

Very spacious quiet spot

Wonderful spacious stay. Close to everything but still quiet. Excellent spot for a large gathering. Very clean. Would stay again.

Okay, But Strange Set Up

The house itself was pretty nice. However, the property is also used as a storage / garage. People would randomly stop by and load up trailers and pick up equipment. We were advised one time that someone was coming, but, on four separate occasions random people came by. We had dogs with us that we did not want let out but with the random people coming and going it was unsettling.

Awesome stay

The house was as described and expected, clean, great layout and well equipped for our stay. Great easy access location and close to all amenities…store and nature. We had an awesome time and Emily was a great host. We will totally book again.
