Historical beauty in the heart of Fletcher Place! Walk out your front door to Dugout Bar, & Bluebeard. Get morning coffee at Amberson and stop for lunch at Milktooth. Gainbridge fieldhouse- 3 min drive! Also close by are Lucas Oil Stadium, Monument Circle, Victory Field & the Convention Center- all a 5 minute drive away. Our apartment has 1 queen size bed and 1 futon- sleeps 3. A 50 inch TV in the living room, 32 inch in the bedroom. Stainless steel appliances and LG washer & dryer for your use.

Disappointed

Communication with property management went well. Unfortunately the place wasn’t cozy the porch had loose boards and the entryway wasn't clean. There were some serious issues with the flooring soft spots you could feel as you walked. The back door was bolted shut, the bedroom wall and ceiling seam didn’t come together. The outdated bathroom is in bad condition (old linoleum, excess caulking grimy tub etc…) Also to us the furniture was very uncomfortable. We stayed one night but paid for two. We were so disappointed. I have yet to receive my $50 deposit.

Good quiet location

I liked the location. Price was about the same as a hotel. It was quiet and plenty of places to park that was free! Property was clean and would be good for a couple people. Needs a little pocket closet to put your clothes in the bedroom or set your bag/suitcase. Could use better lighting in the kitchen area. Overall very satisfied and would stay again if i was in the area.
