Nice place just needs a few things

This was a great spot for our weekend getaway. Pictures were accurate and the house was in good condition. The host was very responsive and very nice. She answered all my questions. Some things the house needs: A coffee maker!! Extra sheets, blankets, towels, pillows, that sort of thing. A folder with house rules, check- out instructions would be nice. Maybe include restaurants in the area, guide books, favorite places. I would also update the listing to include that there is a nice, little community playground just a few blocks away. Also some additional lighting out in the pool area would be awesome.
