This home sleeps 8 comfortably. Bed linens & 1 bath towel per person provided; no washer/dryer (laundromat is located 1 mile away). Provided: liquid hand soap in bathrooms, dishwashing soap in kitchen & dishwasher pods. NOT provided: beach badges, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, coffee. This is a quiet, family neighborhood; no proms, weddings, or parties. Sorry no pets & no smoking in the home. Dock space is not available; no boats or jet skis.

Perfect House on the Lagoon

We wound up being a smaller group than originally planned but the property was even better than expected! Everything was neat and clean, the house was deceivingly spacious and the contact could not have been easier! We would rent again in a heartbeat.

Perfect family spot

Great location. Perfect for fishing and crabbing. My son caught a baby shark! Super cozy. Getting beach passes was super easy. Can’t wait to go back next year.
