The true highlight of this home is the *shared* outdoor amenities, featuring a hot tub, pergola with backwoods-style firepit and ping pong table. The upstairs unit is also available for guests to rent.

PLEASE NOTE: This residence has two separate units, an upstairs and downstairs suite. You'll be staying in the lower level/basement unit and with its own dedicated entrance. The outdoor spaces and amenities are *shared* by both units. If you are interested in booking both suites, please check out our other listing featuring the entire home or message us for more details. Please be aware that as this is a basement unit, the ceiling may be lower or pitched in certain areas. Ceiling height is less the 6’3 in some areas.

Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside AND outside the home and will result in a minimum fine of $650.

For your safety, security cameras have been installed outside the property on the driveway. There are no cameras inside the property.

The home's thermostat is centrally controlled, so you won't be able to adjust it from your suite. If you run into any major issues with the temperature, please contact us on your booking app.

IMPORTANT: Please be aware that the maximum number of guests listed on the property represents the maximum allowed capacity, not the minimum. To find out the specific number of guests included in the base rate, please reach out to us directly. Any extra guests exceeding the base number will be subject to an additional fee of $15 per guest per night. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. If you need assistance, we are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

You'll have access to the entire lower floor of the property and your own entrance. Please note that there is an upper unit on the property, but it's rented separately. Whether it's occupied or not, your stay won't be disturbed.

While you'll have your own space, the yard and outdoor amenities are *shared* with the other unit. If you're traveling with a larger group, you can rent both units together for extra room and privacy.

The living area is furnished with a large Smart TV, a cozy sectional with a chaise, and modern track lighting that complements the rustic-industrial decor. To provide added privacy, the space is completed with oversized wood barn doors that can be opened & closed at your convenience. Guests staying in the lower suite can take advantage of the convenient on-site laundry room to refresh the wardrobe on the road.


BEDROOMS:
Our duplex suite holds three bright and furnished bedrooms, each featuring soft linens, blackout curtains, and ample wardrobe storage. For your entertainment, each bedroom is equipped with a TV. Every detail was carefully considered, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

The living area flows seamlessly into the primary bedroom, where a country-rustic queen bed awaits. You'll also find your very own TV, nightstand with a lamp, and desk and chair, perfect for guests who need to work remotely. To ensure your comfort and convenience, the bedroom is equipped with a large dresser for wardrobe storage.

In the second bedroom, you will find a fully furnished space complete with a cozy queen-sized bed, and a bedside table with an accent lamp. A solid wood dresser and open closet with hangers are available for added wardrobe storage. For your entertainment needs, a TV is also provided in the room.

The third bedroom is furnished with a cozy full-sized bed and rustic decor with a wood side table with a lamp. There is ample storage space in the closet and a tall dresser, which is topped with an accent mirror. The room also has a wall-mounted TV, perfect for binge-watching your favorite shows.


BATHROOM:
This bathroom features a recently updated walk-in shower and new vanity with a modern under cabinet, providing storage for your toiletries. The space also comes stocked with all the necessary toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.


SHARED OUTDOOR SPACE:
