This large home is just a few blocks away from the Lodge and the paved bike path is right across the street, which will take you to all of the wonderful Suncadia amenities. This home has everything you need for your mountain vacation. There are 2 bedrooms with their own private bathroom, plus a bunkroom with a full bath. There are 2 living room spaces with ample seating, plus a dining room table that seats 10. The kitchen is fully stocked and provides extra bar seating space. There is a game room in the heated garage with a ping pong table, shuffle board, darts and more games. The large, covered patio has seating for up to 12 people and includes a grill and firepit. Plus, perhaps the best feature of outdoor space, is the new, 7 seater hot tub. Book now and enjoy this fantastic home for your Suncadia get-a-way. You will NOT have access to the pools and fitness center located in the resort.

Beautiful property, spacious house

We stayed with 4 adults and 4 kids. We all LOVED the house. It had everything we needed with tons of space for us all. The kids loved the hot tub and fire pit every night for smores. Very quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Very clean entire house is very well taken care of. We will be back here in the future.

Great location, perfect for families

Loved being close to the little pond/creek and lodge, and trails. Nice tall ceilings and open spaces appreciated by tall people :) — spa like main bathroom was amazing. Kids loved it.

Hope to stay again!

We come to Suncadia every year for New Year’s and this house has been our favorite so far! It was clean, and the layout was just perfect for what we needed. It’s not in the most peaceful area of Suncadia but an easy walk to the lodge and other amenities. I highly encourage anyone with 4-8 people to consider this rental. Ryan was so receptive to anything we needed and we even extended the stay an extra day with ease!

House Wow, Cleanliness far below my expectations

No Xmas Tree!!! Been celebrating for years with our kids, First house No Decorations. Dirty dishes, cleaning products left on bathroom counter....Dirty clothes in dresser, Outdated pantry supplies...BY 2 YEARS!!!!......IM Stunned honestly. I feel bad for the people before us who paid for My Family to have a clean house. Had to wash pots and pans with a dish towel, Nothing else to clean with. I have 20 pictures if you need proof, which I'm going to upper management IMMEDIATELY! Some one is NOT taking care of this property to it full capacity, it's Ashame.
