Clean and modern apartment

Overall are stay was nice. Apartment was clean and updated. You can hear the traffic and honking which did wake us up. We had a few issues with check in and I had to call the host bc they weren’t responding to messages. Our elevator keys stopped working and I had to spend 15 minutes at the front desk at 12:30 at night for them to figure out the issue. There wasn’t any information on the WiFi or checkout process. I messaged the host and did not receive a reply. The apartment is in walking distance to the design district which is a very nice area. The pool was clean and the pool deck was fine but there were only about 6 loungers.

Nice location

My family and I visited Miami for 4 nights and enjoyed our visit. The beds are comfortable and the host was responsive. The building is nice with a 24 hour front desk. A few things that would be helpful to know for others renting this property: - There are train tracks right outside, both passenger & freight trains travel on them. At times they sound their horn and it’s quite loud. - There was constant beeping from construction equipment…hopefully the project will be completed soon. - There is one pool, one kiddie pool, and no hot tub. - One bathroom had a few unmarked bottles of toiletries, the other had none. It’s probably best to bring your own. - Only 4 bath towels and 4 pool towels were provided - The washing machine leaked water onto the floor and we were told it was old and that we shouldn’t use it. Hopefully that is fixed soon. The building is very close to Bayside Market and as part of the Design District is near upscale shopping. The security and parking are great.
