A sympathetically restored 18th century pig barn, La Porcherie is a perfect example of authentic Normandy architecture and is situated in a prime location to explore all that Northern France has to offer including the the D-Day beaches and museums. The Marais du Contentin and all its wildlife is on our doorstep. La Grande Houssaye is 3km from the small commune of Villiers Fossard and is located in an idyllic and peaceful setting where storks, owls, herons and buzzards, are amongst our regular visitors. La Porcherie is also perfect for cyclists, being only 5km from a major trans Normandy cycle route.
