Our Hill Country hideaway offers a spacious and inviting property for you to enjoy. Inside the main house, you'll find comfortable accommodations with plush mattresses, including a king bed in the master suite, two queen beds in the other rooms, and four twin beds in the additional twin room. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV, allowing you to enjoy your favorite shows and movies in the comfort of your own room.

Our property also features a separate apartment with a queen bed, perfect for guests who prefer a bit more privacy.

One of the highlights of our home is the huge game room, which features a variety of games such as pool, darts, pop-a-shot, foosball, axe throwing, and more! This is the perfect space for entertaining friends and family.

Outdoors, you'll find a sparkling pool and a deck area, perfect for winding down and relaxing after a long day of exploring the area's attractions. You'll also find you can cook up a storm on the grill and enjoy a delicious meal at the outdoor dining table, which is surrounded by nice lighting that sets the perfect ambiance for evening gatherings. With plenty of seating and space for everyone, our outdoor area is the perfect spot for enjoying the great outdoors with friends and family. Lovely but neglected home, needs better property management. Would not stay there again

Beautiful but neglected home. The house smelled like stale cigarette smoke (we don’t smoke), the garage/game room door (by the patio) would stick closed and we couldn’t open it at all, the yard hadn’t been mowed and was full of tall weeds at least 1 ft high, the wooden stairs from the back patio to the garage/game room were covered in leaves and the stairs were hidden (I slipped & fell), the outside trash cans were overflowing with garbage, the house was full of mosquitoes, spiders in the showers, kitchen floor was sticky, the ceiling fan light (the only light) in the den didn’t work, and the “Nest” thermostat would turn the A/C off if no motion was detected, which meant the house was hot/humid/sticky when we first checked in and hot/humid/sticky ANY time we arrived back at the house after being gone for awhile. If we reset the thermostat to a cooler temperature, it took 2 HOURS to cool down, which never got cooler than 74°, no matter what we set the temperature to, and it was too hot/humid to sleep comfortably, even with ceiling fans. The weather was hot/humid outside and hot/humid inside; very uncomfortable for 11 of us in town for our daughter’s wedding. Also, the garage was messy/dirty and the overhead door’s center support was broken and hanging down (dangerous).

Fantastic space close to downtown Drilling Springs!

We loved our stay here! Everything was clean and the space was large and well maintained. Only complaint was the timeliness of responses by the host. Couldn’t get into the bavj space, messaged, and didn’t get a response for 6+ hours. Check out instructions unclear. All things aside, we loved our stay and are glad to have chosen this space for our wedding weekend with our bridal party!

Amazing place - perfect for family get togethers

Amazing place. We had our whole family in for my daughter’s graduation and the host was kind, accommodating and communicative. She responded to every message right away! The house was beautiful and clean and the game room was a family favorite!!! We all enjoyed the stay very much and are grateful to have been welcomed into their home.
