Less than a 1/2 mile to a public boat access & 3 blocks from Brick Landing Golf Course with great views at their waterfront restaurant, Seabreeze. Minutes from Ocean Isle Beach, shopping, & restaurants galore! Ample parking for vehicles & a boat. Deck & patio including fire pit, grill, cooler table & seating. Drop your bags and head to the water! Also, check out our sister property right next door – Saylor’s Acre.

Trip to Holden Beach

Saylor’s Neighbor was super clean and very nicely decorated. We were there for a long weekend to meet up with family staying at Holden Beach. We were only there to sleep so weren’t able to take full advantage of the property. I would definitely stay here again

Adorable home just a short drive to the beach!

We stayed at Saylor’s Neighbor for a short weekend getaway to the beach. The owners were very kind and helpful in their communications. The house was immaculately clean and adorably designed. We felt very comfortable there. It was really a very short drive to EVERYTHING! Even in July we always had ease at finding parking at the local beach access area on Ocean Isle Beach. We also enjoyed the bonfire we were able to have in the yard and there was plenty of room in the yard for the kids to play. We really enjoyed our time st this property and hope you do too!
