Spacious 3-bed flat in a listed historical building in the centre of Bournemouth, buzzing pedestrian area. It’s just 10 min walk to the famous Bournemouth pier and beach via botanical garden, same distance to BIC, Pavillion and Oceanarium. Within the building complex there are cafes, skating and VR centre - perfect for kids and teenagers. Lots of restaurants, bars and clubs to choose from in the area. No taxis required.
Multi storey parking is just behind the house. Perfect stay for those who love resort town lively buzz.

The space
It’s a 3 bedroom flat on 2nd floor of a historical building built in 19th century, that used to be a hotel. Pluses that come with it - high ceilings, spacious rooms with large windows, lots of light. Minuses - single glazed windows, which are not easy to change, please expect street noise at any time, especially summer weekends. We have 2 spacious dbl rooms , one of them en-suite, and1 single with a bunk bed, suitable for kids and average size adults. Free parking can be found in Dean park area (10 min walk) or use multi storey garage 2 min walk at just £14 per 24hrs.

We use macerator in en-suite bedroom, please don’t throw anything but toilet paper to avoid blockage and fees to repair.

It’s a historical building, please be careful with windows especially if windy. Windows locks are flimsy .

We expect guests will tidy up the flat before leaving, keep all used towels in bathrooms, use dishwasher to clean dishes/cutlery, pick up rubbish.
