What doesn’t this house not have? Well let’s start from the top down. The roof deck with beautiful views of the Poway mountain side is captivating. The bbq and fire pit are all you need enjoy a wonderful evening on the roof. There are 4 large rooms and 2 bathrooms. The pool is nice for the summer and spring and the house is amazing for taking breath taking photos with all the natural lighting. Come enjoy 2000 sf In Poway.

Comfortable stay

The Home is nice, pool water was the perfcet temp. If i have any complaint it would be about being charged a cleaning fee. The home was not as clean as a vacation rental should be. I did however leave the home cleaner than it was when i arrived so the next guest can enjoy. All in all the cleaning issues were not bad enough to keep me from renting again if i return to this area i would rent this location for a second time. it was pieceful especially the balcony in the evenings. The host was very well at communicating and i definitely appreciated that. My family had plenty of space to relax and enjoy the weekend and there is plenty of near by stores and places to eat.

Not clean and false advertised

The backyard was dirty, with many construction equipment left behind, and the grass was not cut. The pool was dirty and was not cleaned or maintained. The BBQ grill had no propane and was completely a mess. The bed sheets in all the bedrooms were dirty and were not washed before arriving. We had to wash the bedsheets after checking in. The fridge had no space because the owner had all his stuff in there. All the closets and drawers had the owner's belongings. Not worth the money and hassle.
