It is conveniently located close to the Garden City Pier, restaurants, bars, and live music. make sure to bring the little ones with you on vacation and create memories in this happy home!

PROPERTY AMENITIES
Internet, Large Smart Televisions, Heat & Central A/C, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Pillows & Comforters, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trash can. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed.

*The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment.

Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. A 3% service fee will be added if you choose to pay with a credit card. E-checks are NOT accepted within 14 days of arrival

House had not been cleaned

The yard did not represent the pic online. Floors were dirty, garbage in trash can in house, beds not made, no linens or towels. Our shower had someones hairs on shower wall. The house had not been cleaned. Surfside realty, got our linens, delayed after calling 2nd time. My feet were dirty within min of taking shoes off when first entering house, they were black. Outdoor chairs were rusted and broken Family member sat in one and almost toppled out, rust particles fell separating back from chair. No follow up from properly mgmt to clean house.
