We would advice our guests to rent a car. Rental cars are in general very cheap in the Orlando area. Free parking is provided inside the resort.

All properties are previously set up, clean, sanitized for housekeeping including linens and towels & supervised

We provide a STARTER SET of toilet tissue, bath soap, shampoo & conditioner, dish soap, and trash bags. This is enough for one night, or perhaps two, but if you are staying for an extended length of time, you should plan to bring some supplies from home or plan to purchase these items at a grocery store when you arrive.
No laundry detergent or paper towels are in the house upon arrival.

We have functional refrigerator, stove /oven , microwave and basics house hold Appliances as well plates, cups , silverware and cooking pans .
Please be ware that is not a full kitchen !

Great Place!

We recently travelled to Orlando to celebrate Christmas at Disney! We wanted to do something different with our family for the Holidays, considering the challenges of Covid! The property at Vista Cay was comfortable, very clean, and conveniently located to Disney parks, grocery stores, and restaurants! When we weren't at Disney, Vista Cay had places to continue the fun (ex. heated pool, game room, beautiful walking/running trail around a lake) all very relaxing! It was quiet and plenty of room for our family! Next year, we plan to return for more fun!

Unfortunately not a great time

We had many problems with this unit, including a late check in because the condo was still being cleaned when we arrived, a refrigerator that was broken and had to replaced and then the replacement had to be fixed (all taking 3 out of our 5 days to be fixed completely and losing food items because of the issues), maintenance not arriving or fixing on the timetable given, and cockroaches found in the condo. The owners offered no compensation for the time or food items lost and would not even respond after I asked to be compensated for the food. We stayed for our daughter's volleyball competition and ended up missing some of her games because of the issues with this condo, as well. We were extremely disappointed with our stay here.

Very nice and clean condo

Great location, we ubered everywhere. Very close to Universal, dining and shopping. Highly recommend this condo. Owners were very friendly and communicated well via the app.
