About this property

We are a new bungalow located right next to downtown Pensacola. The house is conveniently located near many restaurants, breweries, entertainment and a short 15 min drive to the world's most beautiful beaches! We offer plenty of space for your visit inside and out. There is a wonderful outdoor space complete with a firepit and a gas grill if you want to stay in and hang out!

Home away from home

Great location, fully equipped and clean. We loved the guide book full of well needed information for the guest . We had the best time , I would recommend this property to all my travelers who visit Pensacola We will be using this property again

Loved it!!

The location was great!! My wife is a clean freak and always concerned about what we’ll find…but she was blown over!! The house was very nice and my kids were happy they could each have their own room. Just a couple minutes away from a lot of near shops and brewery. Then we loved the short drive over to the beach the next day! Would absolutely stay again!!

Family wedding weekend

We had a fantastic time! The house was clean, well maintained, convenient, and perfect for our family wedding weekend. The venue was only two blocks from the house making it great to walk to. If back in Pensacola in the future, we will for sure look to stay here again!

Super clean!

I tend to be a bit of a germaphobe especially with 4 young kids that touch EVERYTHING. This house was amazingly clean, I was able to feel at home during our stay. Great location, great space, great backyard.

Worked for our needs

The location was within reason of why we were there, so that's was not an issue. The area is less than desirable. The home met our needs for the 2 nights we were there. I will say that there was dog hair everywhere. I have a puppy Doberman & she's red. When I am covered in long white hairs, it's not from my pet. I'd recommend cleaning behind and under all the furniture as well as the living room rug.
