This spacious, modern, cozy studio is the perfect home-base for a long vacation, or work-cation, in San Luis Obispo! Great space for one to two people, with everything to support a longer stay. Located in a quiet, single-family neighborhood, the location can't be beat with a 10 minute walk downtown or in the other direction, Cal Poly campus, groceries, coffee shops, and more restaurants. Hiking trails are also just a 5 minute walk away.
The studio is bright and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and full-sized washer and dryer. The deck and outdoor area are perfect to start the day with a steaming cup of coffee, or unwind after a day of exploring. There is plentiful street parking available.

Cozy bungalow

We stayed at the property for three months. Really enjoyed the light and airy spacious studio! Very private and quiet. Martha is a wonderful host!

Great stay in studio walking distance from downtown San Luis Obispo

Property is clean, well appointed, and private. We could walk to a nice grocery store and to downtown SLO. The hosts are very nice, hospitable, and responsive. Also a short drive to many beach towns and great sunsets off the balcony.
