The Space:
This gorgeously restored first floor 2bed/1bath, 750ft² apartment is overflowing with totally renovated historic character and charm, designed and curated with optimal comfort, character, relaxation and home away from home conveniences in mind. Bursting with unique historic character inside and out, starring incredible hand made stained glass window panes, this Saratoga Stay by Green Springs seamlessly exudes both a cheerful brightness and a cozy calm thanks to the generous natural light, interior refreshes and thoughtfully chosen textiles. We have carefully outfitted the space with all of the accommodations you’ll want or need for relaxing, cooking, dining, sleeping, bathing, web surfing, conversing or even working. Positioned in the heart of downtown, walkable to downtown or the Saratoga Race Course, this location, easily accessible to the best Saratoga has to offer, can’t be beat.

BEDROOMS:
For sleeping there are two bedrooms each outfitted with a Queen bed with plentiful pillows and warm cozy seasonal layers.

KITCHEN/ DINING:
For meal time there is a high top kitchen table for 4 complete with place settings, plentiful bakeware and cookware as well as a shared outdoor grill for a wide variety of culinary prep wants and needs.

BATHROOM:
For bathing there is a beautiful newly renovated full tub/shower bath stocked with beauty care basics and plentiful bath linens.

LAUNDRY:
Property shared coin laundry room available for use during your stay.

RELAXATION:
For indoor relaxation you’ll find board games along with Smart TVs powered by free high speed internet, complete with basic cable loaded with streaming services apps ready for personal login access.

OUTDOORS:
For outdoor enjoyment there is a grill on the back porch for use in our shared outdoor space. Additional outdoor amenities coming soon.

Guest Access:
This is a multi unit property with a common front/back door. You have a private secure smart lock entry accessible just inside the rear entrance, steps from the parking lot. The entire unit is yours and in no way accessible to any other building occupants.

The Neighborhood:
This property is ideally positioned between a quiet neighborhood on the backside and the invigorating bustle of Saratoga from the front. Mere blocks of easy walking to either Saratoga’s race course or downtown Broadway’s shopping, dining, parks and nightlife.

Given the downtown location there is potential for related audible noise. Complimentary earplugs available to accommodate guest preference.

Cute and Convenient!

The property was clean and well-stocked with the various things one might need at a home away from home. The desk in the living room is a great addition for those who need to get work done while on vacation. The furniture was comfortable, AC units easy to manage, and the instructions for check-in, internet access, etc. were all clearly posted before and during the stay. The location was really great, the main strip is just a 7-minute walk from the unit and its through a beautiful park. There is audible noise from the units above and next door, but nothing excessive or beyond the normal sounds of life. There are packs of earplugs in both bedrooms to help mitigate any noise you might here, but I never needed them. 100% would stay there again!

Perfect for our needs

My husband and I were in need of a place to stay in Saratoga for a few days on short notice. Kristin was very helpful in finding us this spot. The location is close to town, an easy walk and pretty much across the street from the track. It is also only a block from a very pleasant and good restaurant. The property had just been renovated so a couple of things needed attention from maintenance, but Kristin was easy to reach and the issues were quickly taken care of. I would definitely stay here again.
