Deposit: 50% paid on booking, & signed lease within 7 days
Balance: due 60 days prior to rental, including the $500 damage deposit.
Damage deposit returned within 14 days after check out & home inspection.
Nonrefundable $150 cleaning fee will be deducted from deposit before return.
No parties or events.
No subletting and all guests must be registered.

Two (2) Temp. Resident I.D. available - $50 fee for both ID's - free Executive golf (9 holes), discounted Championship golfing & priority facility use included.
Guest ID's also available at no charge for facility use - pay a nominal fee for golf, no access to sports pools

Cancellations: Deposit will be refunded if notified up to 60 days prior to your rental date less a $200 admin fee.
If within 60 days, deposit will be refunded less a $500 administration fee if the unit rents out for the same period and same rate.
