Welcome to your home. In a great location. A detached house with a garden. A decent place where you will wake up with the sounds of birds. Private parking is available. It is the perfect place to breathe the sea and forest air. There are sitting areas in the garden. There is an area where you can barbecue. It is very close to forest areas where you can travel by bike. The beach is 7 minutes away. Markets are a 3-minute walk away. Very close to places to eat and places to visit. It is 1 km from the Bosphorus, 3 minutes' walk from the metro, taxi and bus station. A quiet, calm, big house where you can rest away from the noise. There are large areas in the kitchen where you can cook very comfortably and all the items you want are available. It has a large balcony. There is everything you need in the bathroom, bedrooms and living room. There is no doubt that you will spend peaceful and happy days.
